5 Year Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is provided by Castle Trading Corporation Pty Ltd, trading as Anita Bell Cookware (“we”, “us”), for eligible Anita Bell cookware products purchased in Australia.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is in addition to those rights. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
What is covered
Subject to the exclusions below, we warrant that Anita Bell cast iron cookware products (fry pans, woks, and matching lids sold under the Anita Bell brand, as applicable) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use in Australia for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase by the end customer (the Warranty Period).
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase showing the purchase date and product is required.
What is not covered
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear, including marks, discolouration, or changes to the cooking surface that occur with ordinary use and seasoning;
- damage from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or failure to follow care and use instructions;
- damage from overheating, dry heating for prolonged periods, thermal shock (for example plunging a hot pan into cold water), or use on unsuitable heat sources;
- damage from dishwashers, harsh abrasives, metal scourers used improperly, or corrosive cleaners where the product is not designed for that treatment;
- warping, cracking, or other damage caused by commercial, restaurant, or other heavy non-household use unless the product was expressly sold for that purpose;
- glass lids: breakage from impact, thermal shock, or misuse (where a glass lid is supplied);
- products purchased second-hand, from unauthorised sellers, or without valid proof of purchase;
- cosmetic issues that do not affect the product's function;
- loss or damage in transit after we have arranged collection or after you ship a return without following our claim instructions;
- any product that has been modified, repaired by a third party without our written approval, or used with incompatible accessories.
What we will do
If a valid claim is made within the Warranty Period, we will, at our option and to the extent permitted by law:
- repair the product;
- replace the product with the same or a reasonably equivalent model; or
- refund the purchase price paid to us (or the authorised seller) for the defective product.
Replacement products may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period only, unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise. We are not obliged to provide a newer model, upgraded size, or additional accessories beyond what is reasonably equivalent.
